PRE-APPOINTMENT STUDIO GUIDELINES

Please read the following before booking an appointment- these guidelines are in place for both your safety and ours, and failing to adhere to them may lead to you being asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation!

  • We are currently offering services by appointment only unless stated otherwise. This includes piercings, downsizes, jewelry purchases/installations, and consultations. While we welcome those who wish to browse our selection of handmade body jewelry, please be aware that we can’t guarantee that we will be able accommodate any sales or jewelry installs.

  • Services will not be provided for anyone under the age of 18. We do not pierce minors under any circumstances- it doesn’t matter if you come with them as a parent, nor does it matter if you have their birth certificate. We are happy to refer to other piercing shops in the area that do pierce minors, but we won’t pierce them here.

  • Masks are preferred, however we no longer require them to enter our studio. Staff will be wearing masks to minimize any potential exposures between clients, but we understand that navigating being in public as the world is exiting the COVID-19 pandemic is a somewhat grey area.

  • No more than two people accompanying you during your appointment. We know that getting pierced can be a fun thing to do with friends, but our space is very small and when more than 4-5 people are present, it can quickly become cramped and overwhelming for piercers and clients alike. We have space on the porch of our studio where any additional entourage is welcome to hang out while your appointment is happening, and we appreciate your adherence to this rule.

  • If you’ve been sick or felt unwell in the past two weeks, please do not come to our studio. Coughing, sneezing, fever, body aches, etc. all indicate that you’re in no condition to be in the shop. It is not advisable to put further strain on yourself as you are healing/recovering, and furthermore refraining from coming into our shop after an illness is the safe and respectful thing to do for both staff and our clientele.

  • Keep extraneous items to a minimum. No open food or drinks should be brought into the studio. Drinks in sealed containers are welcome, and we also have juice and water available for anyone getting pierced. Bags and coats should be held onto or hung in designated areas of the shop.

As long as you respect the space and the staff, we’re more than happy to work with you, and we want to provide every client the best experience possible. Please see our FAQ/Contact page for additional information.
